Refund policy

At CleverPhant, we create and sell digital DIY toy templates designed to help parents and children enjoy creative play together.

Because our products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

Digital Product Refunds

All products sold on CleverPhant are digital downloads. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You did not receive your download files due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
The file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Accidental purchases.
Lack of software, printer, materials, or equipment required to use the templates.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Dissatisfaction with a design that matches the product description and preview images.
Inability to assemble the toy due to personal skill level or available crafting materials.
